ABOUT US

The Beanlands have been a DRAGON family since 2005!  Ame is a "retired author,"  print specialist and award-winning graphic artist who  loves to make things that "surprise and delight." Her Dragon work began with designing stationery and giving it away to teachers and friends.  CISD invited her to become a licensee and apply to become a preferred vendor and the rest is history! Ame B Design is the design studio where she works with businesses, organizations and school districts. Dragons & Co. is the  shop where we design and produce unique, exclusive gifts.  Ame's work  has been featured in Glamour, Country Home, Self, The New York Times, USA Today, Family Circle, on QVC and Disney’s family.com and familyfun.com. A New York Times Bestselling co-author Ame has co-written and designed three general trade bestsellers (It’s a Chick Thing CONARI PRESS 1999, Nesting: It’s a Chick Thing WORKMAN PUBLISHING 2004 [a NYT bestseller and 13 time QVC feature], Postcards from the Bump [an Amazon.com bestseller] DaCAPO LIFELONG 2009.
